  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


Shipping Coverage

AIKHA currently ships to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our team will contact you regarding alternative delivery arrangements or order cancellation with a full refund.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Free Shipping

  • AIKHA may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

  • Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID / AWB Number

  • Courier Partner Details

  • Tracking Link (where available)

Customers can track their shipment using the information provided in the dispatch notification.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Ensure your phone number is reachable at the time of delivery.

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, follow the courier's instructions to arrange redelivery.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport disruptions

  • Public holidays or regional restrictions

  • Courier partner operational issues

AIKHA shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in:

  • Delivery failure

  • Return to origin

  • Additional shipping charges

the customer may be required to bear the reshipping costs.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  1. Do not accept the package if possible.

  2. Take clear photographs of the package.

  3. Contact us immediately at support@aikha.in with your order details.

We will investigate the issue and assist you with a resolution.


Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit:

  • AIKHA will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.

  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
