At AIKHA, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
✅ Product received in a damaged condition
✅ Manufacturing defect or quality issue
✅ Incorrect product received
✅ Missing item(s) from the order
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Incorrect size selected by the customer
❌ Color variations due to screen/display settings
❌ Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or washing
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Unboxing video (recommended for damaged or wrong-item claims)

Brief description of the issue
Requests submitted after the reporting window may not be eligible for return or refund approval.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive your request:

Our support team will review the submitted information.

Verification is usually completed within 24–48 business hours.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
AIKHA reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund reflects in your account.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.

Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days after return approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
